Description
Gruss Gott! Gruezi! Welcome to Chalet Chrabeli!
After a day of hiking, mountain climbing, or Alpine skiing, this warm and cozy chalet invites you in. Light the fireplace, make some hot cocoa, and start thinking about where to put the Christmas tree this year (Chrabeli is Swiss for Christmas cake or cookies).
My test family had a cat, so all is tested with a pet in the house. Chalet Chrabeli is a wonderful family home, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a laundry room and bar. A fantastic living room with the most wonderful light, and a big and cozy kitchen / dining. Oh ... Do I smell the Chrabeli in the oven? Please come in and be welcome.
Creator Notes
This lot is the first I built with Pets installed. I have all EP's and SP's and are fully patched (10.0.96.013001)
The beautiful Alpine World was built especially for me by my dear friend Gissence. Thank you so much Gary! There is no Switzerland without the Alps! This doesn't mean you can't place this lot anywhere else. I tested it in almost every World available, so not to worry there!

I love this beautiful house! Gorgeous.
One problem though - when placed in apoloosa the house is not elevated on the lot as on your first picture, but sinks down on the lot.
How do I fix that, so it becomes an elevated wonder like on the picture?

Simply brillant build and design, thank you

@ Tumblen:
I added a screenshot of the chalet in Apoloosa. I manually placed a 50x50 plot there by the river, so that it touches the riverbank. Otherwise the mill will look like a shed... which is OK too I guess. Probably the edges need some leveling, and you will have more room doing so if you place the lot on an even bigger plot of land

Thank you, fredbrenny!
Is it the small 30x30 closest to the river bank? If so how did you change the lot size?
I have trouble finding the lot though..
It doesn´t look real at the eucalyptus drive lot?

I solved the lot problem!
I was not aware of the world tool

- you have done a remarkable job decorating the house, it is so authentic. Wish I was the proud owner of the chalet IRL...
However I can not figure out where you placed the lot when it is by the ruver and still has mountains right near by in the background??!
I have looked and looked, zoomed in and out, and still can´t figure it out.
I become more and more in love with the house for each time I play
