Description
The old Cornish mill doesn't work anymore. Water levels dropped dramatically and the river changed its course. But thanks to a big donation made by the Brenny Corporation, the mill was saved and has been turned into a pretty neat residential lot. It looks best when placed on a 40x40 lot placed on a beach somewhere. I tested the lot in game in two different worlds. Great house to decorate with your own favorite stuff!
