Mondriaan, the painter. Dutch Piet Mondriaan. That's why You will find a modern beach lot with some red, blue and yellow... like the Broadway Boogie Woogie... Or just because I like it. This architectural modern Beach house was built in the fifties, but even now it is considered to be modern. Beautiful views, and a very cozy and warm feeling on the inside.
Creator Notes
I have ALL EP's and SP's. For this lot you need all EP's to get the trees, the hot tub, the works. Some of the Doors and Windows are from Store (the Bauhaus Set). Also: there are items listed to download which you don't need! Great stuff, but not in the lot: Mutske's Tokio 2-tile private window, Riccinumbers: Tropical Roman Blinds, Metting Dining Palm and Metting Dining Painting; Angela's Liams Corner Railing, Privacy window and Latis bathroom Sink..
