Brennan Mulwray, as portrayed by actor Victor Webster, from the syndicated television show Mutant X. Brennan is an Elemental mutant. He can channel elemental and environmental energy through his body. In his case, he can throw bolts of electricity from his fingertips. Other types of elemental mutants are: Thermal, Sonic, Chemical, Botanical, and Geological.
