For the July 2006 FA Theme -- Tropical Paradise. Another fine home from Sam's Sims Realty. This furnished lake house can fit one large family comfortably without sacrificing style. Garage door not included. It is part of the Small Town America set by phoenix_phaerie here at TSR.
