New mesh by me. Based on the 1964 vintage fashion Silk 'n Fancy for the Skipper doll. What a pretty party dress! It has a red "velvet" top, a white "satin" skirt, and gold band around the waist. Matches up with Barbie's Silken Flame dress. 3 recolorable palettes. This dress is compatible with just the base game only.
