Description
Part of my Sims conversion series. Old Town Quarter was added with the Unleashed expansion pack. It was an Old Town community lot that was located on lot 71. For a refined cafe and shopping experience, bring your Sims to the Old Town Quarter, known for its eclectic charm, architecture, and ambience.

Note from Sam -- In order to make this fit into the world of Sims3 a bit better, I changed what was a candle shop in Sims1 into a relic shop. Also, this lot was already in progress when the dreaded Pets patch was released. All user-made CC used in this lot has been fixed with the TSR Rig Fix tool to work with Pets and/or the 1.26 game patch.
