So since you asked....when I build I usually come up with a name as bone turns to sinew. As the roof line took shape, Mr. Wright's Falling Water came to mind. Sorry if that flies in the face of some of you F.L.W. purists but that is indeed where the imagery took me. Yet out of respect for the man's genius I wasn't about to name it after his most famous achievement, plus the only thing apt to be falling from this place are the trees that hide an otherwise tangled menagerie of terrain, foundation, and walls. Besides the fancy CFE foot-work that comes standard with my places, the one noticeable feature for your sims is the panoramic ambiance of all things nautical in Sunset Valley.
