A paranoid walk through a dead woods. A slow crawl up an obnoxiously long set of stairs. An intimidating door that looks like it hasn't been opened for years. Salam-escue roof gables and age old rumors about the old man who never seems to come in or out. It doesn't get any better than this come the last of October. You get the vibe that this place has some really bad karma on the inside, especially when you hear a few particulars about those rumors.
They say that back in the day the ole boy was very successful, winsome and engaging, but something happened to his new bride on the night of their first anniversary. Beyond that, people aren't really willing to open up, especially the older folk. It's just that there's a lot of windows in the place and things have been seen, even just recently. One odd thing that is common knowledge is that shortly before they were married, he had the interior lavishly appointed by then popular designer RepulsiveDesire, who specialized in period gothic and paranormal decor.
So there you go, maybe you can find out more if you decide to move in. Man, if the walls could talk....but then again, maybe they do in this place.
BUILDING NOTE - Built into the cliff, all four floors have an exposed front elevation, and yet all but the top floor is underground.
