Description
The idea for Shusett came to me while reading an article about a John Lautner work so named that was being torn down. While this is a CC free lot I could nor resist loading it up heavily with many of the new Late Night expansion pack goodies. SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPER INSTALLATION
This was build on a 50x50 custom lot from the World Editor.
1. In Sunset Valley delete both the houses and the lots at 299 and 303 Skyborough Blvd.
2. Go to the World Editor, select and place a 50x50 lot in that area making sure the front edge is totally against the curb.
3. Place the downloaded on the lot.
4. It will work in other locations but the lot has to be flat
- Price Unfurnished: 134164
- Price Furnished: 154665
- Furnished: Fully
- Decorated: Throughout
- Bedrooms: 4
- Bathrooms: 2½
- Stories: 1
- Lot Size: 50x50

Speaking as one who has tried to emulate a known building - in Sim-style- AND have it recognisable - I know just how difficult a task that can be, and mine were relatively bland buildings to start with . . .
