Description
No flowery description this time, just an intuitive exercise in CFE technique. The inception of this build comes from Tony Stark's man cave of the Iron Man movie. This is scanty representative of that other than the geographic situation.
The idea that would not let me be is the curvaceous dimension of modern architecture and how our sims know very little of the style beyond lines and boxes.
A special thanks to Gosik for many great pieces of modern furnishings included herein. Unfortunately my decorating acumen does not do them the justice they deserve.

Wonderfully curvy! Amazing use of CFE cheat (is it called that in Sims 3 too?) and wall textures! Modern interiors are also great!

Hey! How come I missed this??
I'm not a fan of modern buildings, but this one, indeed, thanks to the curves, has a certain je-ne-sais-quoi
Love it! Especially the inside/outside pool
