I know this was written a while ago, but I wanted to say a couple of things. First, it's a pretty amazing tutorial. Thanks for that. Second, unfortunately I learned about the great divide thing the hard way, but the reason I learned it is because I wanted to make an open back yard. I think that's probably why the great divide is done that way, so that you can make open back yards that belong to just that apartment, but can be accessed by anyone. Again, this is extremely useful and I thank you for writing it.
