Beauvoir means beautiful to see in French and I hope you agree. I wanted to capture a French countryside home with all the splendor that comes with it. Lots of flowering landscaping front and back with pond. Small orchard and established garden with grapes to use in the wine maker that comes with this home. Three bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms. Large kitchen/dining and living area with fireplace. There is an attached shed in the back that adjoins the nectary and another room for wine tasting with a half bathroom and also entrance to garage. I had to take out a lot of CC before submitting since the file size was getting rather big so this home is only partially furnished. I hope your Sims will enjoy living here. This home has been tested by Grandma Butterworth and she approves :)
