Description
This lovely home has absolutely NO CC so decorating and furnishing is at the discretion of the downloader, Only EA objects and patterns from base game, World Adventures and Ambitions have been used. This home comes with all appliances, eat in kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 car garage and a second floor to make a third bedroom or hobby room. Landscaping was used discreetly meaning I didn't go overboard lol! Wrap around porch and a covered porch in the back with enough room to have a pool. This lot was designed with our moderator Cadiva in mind because you can actually make lovely homes without all the CC and this proves it. Please enjoy!
