Beautiful large house. Looks like it's been left empty for ages. Who's gonna be its next house-keeper?

The house is inspired by the Pink Palace from Coraline, the animated motion picture directed by Henry Selick. If you haven't already, go and see this movie, it's brilliant.
Unlike the movie's Pink Palace, this house is all scrubby and the inside is completely empty. At the back of the garden, there's a small lake, so your sims can also go fishing.
