It is complete with full landscaping, expandable basement, playable attic, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, formal dining area, eat-in kitchen with breakfast nook, and garage. It is in move-in condition (i.e. lawn is landscaped, floors are clean, walls are painted, kitchen, laundry area, and bathrooms are furnished - all other areas are unfurnished and ready for your stuff!).
