Some projects to possibly make way for: Pappageorge Haymes (SP?) Architectural firm. They have plenty to come up with new lot ideas, including (besides the ones in Chicago) a project that has been completed in Omaha, called Rows at Soma. The other idea I have for creating something would be The Palmolive Building in Chicago, a classic Art Deco era structure that houses very wealthy people.
