Description
An abundance of glass in the contemporary modern mode, is a feature of Simpatico's 3 storeys of gracious living, situated in close proximity to all town facilities. There are three double bedrooms all with bathroom amenities - one of the bedrooms occupies the top level and would make an ideal master or guest suite, depending on requirements.
The ground floor consists of main entry, foyer with lift, large kitchen with dining included, livingroom and bathroom. A door in the foyer opens onto the splash pool, and one in the kitchen gives access to the excellent outdoor entertaining area at the rear of the lot.
On the floor above, serviced by a wide gallery around the elevator, are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a compact office/study. The bedroom at the front of the house has access -via the gallery - to a patio with deckchairs and a small bar; the other at the rear of the building, has exclusive entry to a second patio with a chess table setup.
As previously mentioned, the highest level is taken up by a suite of bedroom/bathroom/sittingroom; and complemented by it's own patio with lounge chairs.
In addition to the outdoor dining already described, there is a pair of swing seats and an illuminated, aboveground fountain in a side garden. The grounds are paved and landscaped, are well lit and include space for off-street, vehicle parking.
Simpatico was build on the lot at 24 Sim Lane - 30x30 - and requires a flat lot.

You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a templete to build a lot for upload [you may do anything you like to it. in your own game LOL] or claim it as your own work . I have the following installed on my base-game: WA/A/LN. HELS/FL/OL. My game is patched to 7.3.2 . . including the 1.24 base-game patch. .
