This is the final installment of Jemma and Sam. I've had so much fun working on it, and have put a lot of effort into it. I'm so flattered that you and the sims resource recognize this effort and I am so grateful for your support through this adventure. Thank you all! It is sad to see this story come to an end, but I feel that this is the right place, and hope you do too. If not, don't despair! A new series is already in the works about Sam and Jemma's lives together 20 years later. Prepare yourselves for some beautiful children!

She looked over at Sam, who was sleeping peacefully. He had been so good to her over the past few months. She kissed him on the cheek, and quietly slipped on some clothes. When she was ready to go, Jemma jotted down a note saying, "Meet you at the alter" before heading out the door. When she arrived at Casey's apartment, the girls were already in their bridesmaids dresses.
"She's here! Natalie, she's HERE! Oh my goodness, so much to do!" Casey rushed her into the bedroom, and the preparations began. Sam woke to an empty bed, feeling a bit off. He rubbed the back of his neck, trying to ease the tension. *Today is the day,* he thought as he rose from the bed. *But... why do I feel like this?* "Are you ready?" Casey asked.
"As ready as I'll ever be," Jemma replied, butterflies gathering in her stomach. She looked at herself in the mirror, a small sense of doubt rising within her.
*It's really happening...* Sam slowly walked to the dresser, staring at the wilting roses he had given Jemma just a month ago. Time had flown by and everything was moving so fast. He looked at the suit hanging on the closet door.
*Am I really going through with this? I'm... getting married?*

 Sam adjusted his bow tie and took a step back. "Well, how do I look?" he asked his reflection. The girls didn't know how to answer her. They sat in awe.
"You look... beautiful," Casey gasped. Jemma rose to stand at the full-length mirror. Her eyes glazed over and her breath was shaky. "Guys, I can't do this," she burst out, turning to her bridesmaids.
"Yes you can," assured Casey, starting to do her hair. "You just have the jitters. You'll be fine."
 The girls piled into Natalie's car, ready for the big day.
"Where are we going?" Jemma asked, feeling slightly nauseous. Casey and Natalie had planned the whole wedding, wanting to surprise Jemma. But the element of surprise left her feeling confused and in the dark.
"Just relax," Natalie said soothingly. "We'll be there soon."
A half hour later, they arrived at a secluded beach in Sunset Valley. The bridesmaids took their places as the music began and the wedding commenced.
Jemma stood at the aisle in disbelief. She had never been so nervous in her entire life. She loved Sam... with all of her being... But something was wrong... "A bride without a father to walk her down the aisle?" Aldous asked with a smile.
"Now that's unheard of!" "Daddy?" "Jemma, before you say anything, please, listen. I... I never should have said... there are many things I never should have said to you. I only wanted the best for you, but..." Tears began to fill Aldous's tired eyes. "I wasn't listening to what you wanted. I was selfish. I pushed you too hard... in the direction that I wanted for you." Unable to contain himself, Aldous grabbed Jemma's arms. "These months have gone by so miserably without you in my life. And they've made me realize that I haven't been the best father to you." He took a deep breath before he continued. "You need to make your own path. Your own decisions. And I'll stand by them." "I know I'm late, but I'm here now. So... would you let me walk my little girl down the aisle?" His eyes twinkled and his face was hopeful. Jemma had never seen her father so vulnerable. "I'm not your little girl anymore..." Jemma replied hesitantly. Suddenly she wrapped her arm around his. "But you can still walk me down the aisle," she said with a smirk. Aldous looked at his daughter, Jemma looked at her father, and they began anew. Sam watched the woman he loved slowly walk down the aisle. His life was barreling towards him. Jemma made her way to the alter, her thoughts in a blur, her emotions whirling around inside of her. But when she reached him, calmness overcame them both. Any feeling of doubt had left their bodies. All was quiet, but the gentle breeze of change. They looked into each other's eyes and blushed, as if seeing the other for the first time. All was right. "You are amazing," Sam whispered as they took their places under the wedding arch. They stood in the calmness, gazing at each other, ready to embark on this new journey together. The two exchanged their vows, then Sam slipped the ring on Jemma's finger.
"I, Samuel Parker, take you, Jemma Helmsley, to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer..." "...in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish; from this day forward until death do us part." Jemma slid the ring on Sam's finger and beamed. They shared their first kiss as husband and wife, and they were one. Two souls joined by love. In their hearts, nothing was as close to perfection as that moment. Aldous stood, watching his daughter become a woman. He had never been so happy. After the wedding, the reception was underway. The couple cut the cake in delight, delicately placing the frosting in each other's mouths. Jemma giggled, wiping a dribble from Sam's chin. Sitting down to eat, she looked at him. There had never been anyone else. No one came close to him. She was glowing with joy. After the cake, Jemma and Sam shared the first dance. Twirling his beautiful bride around the dance floor, Sam felt like a king. The breeze swept the cherry blossoms off the trees and surrounded them on the dance floor. The night was fragrant with beauty. Other couples entered the dance floor and the festivities began. After a few cocktails, even Aldous showed off his dance moves. Towards the end of the party, Sam grabbed Jemma's hand and led her to a quiet spot on the beach. They sat for a while, intoxicated by the night. "Well, Mrs. Parker," Sam teased. "Is this how you imagined your life to be?" Jemma stared deep into his eyes. "It's better than how I imagined. It's everything and more." "I love you," Sam whispered before pulling her into a kiss. They sat in bliss, glowing brighter than the stars and watching the light house in the distance guide lost ships home.
