Charming suburban houses, with lovely design. Each house has a garden and 3 floors , on top a large balcony. 3 NPC-apartments, the 4th is for your sims. Chic entrance, hall, bathrooom, open kitchen, livingroom with chimney and dining-area. 1.floor: master-bedroom, single bedroom. bathroom. 2. floor: hobby area with chess-, drawing- and fitness-area on the balcony. Outside: garden terrace and a little pool. All houses have a carport. Fully furnished and decorated by matomibotaki.
