Installation Instructions:
The included CC (custom content) is in a separate folder inside of the .zip file, along with the lot simsp2ack file. **PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE ZIP FILE (green arrow)** to your computer/desktop, and extract the CC folder/.package files to your Downloads folder, before installing the lot. Sims2Pack Clean Installer is recommended to install the lot. If you don't have it already, please download it from MTS OTHER REQUIRED CC:

Please also note: The modular stair .package file is included, and will show in the lot. For them to show in the build catalog, you will need to add the required text to the game modularstair.txt file. **The instructions and text is included in Text file in the zip file** OR, you can find it here

Oh Missy, this one looks so nice. I love how you take such great pictures of them. You are an artist in more ways than one! I am also so very thankful that you are still creating for Sims 2. Yeah!!! Kathy
Beautiful creation missy_screeter, my question is? how did you get the walls to connect against the foundations?? I can never do that, even with cheats.
Or could it be the "internal" blocks?? Sorry that I comment here and not your guestbook, I cant seem to comment there.
But I did want comment about how much I love your houses and your creativity. Not everyone can create a house (I should know!!)
