This summer home is perfect for nautical lovers everywhere! Built on stilts for protection against the tides, it once served as a lighthouse on the beach until a much larger one was built and this one was converted into a residential home, with 1 bedroom and bathroom, an EIK and dining room, an outdoor deck and ground level swimming pool, plus a lower level workman area with a garage and dock to park not only your car, but your speedboat, too!

This lot is home to Ken San, brother of Hime Chan, my sim who lives in the Little Shabby Cottage. Ken San used to be a master chef in a sushi joint in Shang Simla, before he took to fishing and moved to Sunset Valley to be closer to the ocean. His dream is to one day open is own sushi restaraunt, stocked with prize fish he caught himself. But in order to catch the best fish, he needed the proper fishing sloop, and the old rickety boat he owned was in sad disrepair. It sits below deck at his beach home, gathering sand and barnacles. One day Ken saw an ad in the newspaper for boat repairs, and calling the shop Ken was introduced to Weiland Swanson, an expert on boat building, who offered to visit his home to inspect the vessel in question. Weiland holds Ken's future dreams in his hands--will the old boat below ever be fixed? Will Ken's dreams of opening a sushi bar ever come true...?!
