The Regency Plaza was conceived as a Luxury Hotel that had been converted into Apartments. The is a place designed for those who have more than arrived. From the moment you step into the Lobby, the Art is the focal point of the lot. Nothing was spared concerning comfort, either; practically anything your sims might want is made available to them.

FIRST FLOOR: Lobby with Private Elevator in the Lobby, Public Use Elevator in the back. There is a Garden and Fountain for reading or catching the butterflies.

SECOND FLOOR: Apartment Foyer, Half Bath, Stair Hall, Gold Salon, Library, Dining Room, Kitchen,Family Room and Private Terrace.

THIRD FLOOR: Stair Halls, Guest Room, Children's Room, Master Bedroom, Teen Boy's Room, Teen Girl's Room, as Well as Four En-Suite Baths. From this floor the shared Rooftop terrace is accessed, with Conservatory, Hot Tub, Outdoor Dining, Bar and Dance Floor, complete with DJ Booth.

Creator Notes
I used items from Base Game, World Adventures, Ambitions, Generations, Late Night, Pets, and Showtime. You need these EPs for the Lot to appear as it does in the shots and as it was designed to look. This lot was built at 1757 Memorial Parkway in Bridgeport, just across the street from the Stadium.
