Needs World Adventures and Ambitions, this cottage was built at 74 Landgraab Avenue in Sunset Valley. Just as a side note: this is my real life house, more or less, the building tools restrict some real things that happen{like knee walls and under eave closets}. You will need to put away the cereal, the last tenant left in a bit of a hurry..
