Hello...Well its just a random little word from me..which I will probably delete. I just wanted to say I got a new graphics card...a Geforce9600. and another gig of ram....I swear I just had a sims playing session and I have never ever EVER had the game run so smoothly. Its insane. Even when it rains it doesnt slow it down...and when I am on lots I can see the neighbouring lots. I know alot of you probably going whatever...thats old news..well NOT FOR ME!!!! I finally can experience sims 2 the way it was meant to be. Im so excited. NOt to mention the graphics are like wow...Something about it adds depth to the screen and ilove it:!!!!
I also forget to mention that I feel terrible. Now that my graphics is right up I think it automatically enables bumpmapping..I maybe wrong.. But thats what I thikn it is, more details and In some of my items the Bump part is horrid. like I didnt make it right for each individual item. So I am naughty and this will be fixed in my new items:)

You are so lucky... I am going out my mind because of my slow pc:/... Well, it isn't so bad (when I had installed only Nightlife and University Sims 2 was running very smoothly), but with all that EP's and SP's and cc it runs so sloooowly! Today I will do some shopping and hey, maybe I will find not so expensive pc's parts and I will find something? Wish me luck

And yeah high end graphic cards enable bump maps 
(Even tombstones have bump maps 
) If you don't like it, just type boolprop useshaders off
