Description
A modern, idyllic coastal house with lush garden and great panorama from every room (Tip: for best result place it directly on the 'beach lot' , you know whither a long crooked path leads on the south side of the 'hood, however it's a community lot you can simply change it to residential:)

It does not work for me and I receive files .mdmp in My Documents. A solution ?

What are you doing with the file Jordan360? You should be downloading it and then when you get the Sims3Pack, just double click on it and the game should automatically install it for you.

I
know, the installation starts but the window saying that the
installation was successful appears, then disappears immediately. The
content is not installed and I have the appearance of two files in MyDocuments/ElectronicArts/TheSims 3
PS: No problem with The Goldcrest

i've got the same problem like Jordan. The Lotpack doesn't install complete.
Other files does install normal, with "Installation done... click >ok<" at the end, but this house doesn't! When the installation almost completely then the window disappears, without installationmessage.
I don't know whats the problem...

I'm having the same trouble as jordan, it starts to install then the window with the option for OK and Cancel disappears. Then both items (abstract and the house) doesn't seemed to be installed. I tried the rar file and the simspack, both not working. any suggestions? NOTE: all other custom content is ok.
