OhMaiGosh, I missed you guys! Here's a new installment from me. Let's all hope this won't meet a Crash-like death like the other two. Heck - I got Blue Screen'ed yesterday while shooting the first pages! Haha

Click. Click. Click. That’s all what Zeke’s been doing today; flipping the channel on his couch on a sick day. The timing couldn’t be better; it was raining cats and dogs.
However, the bad weather only signaled the return of a frightening being.
His older sister, Emily will be arriving from Italy. She’ll be tired enough to be crabby and the uncooked dinner might as well be a one way ticket to the afterlife for Zeke. “I don’t want to die yet!” Zeke groaned as he dizzily got up and went for the phone. He was about to pick it up when he tripped and noticed the majestic fluff ball that’s been eyeing him. “Em’s sure to forgive me if I order Pizza, right Adele?”
Emily’s cat, Adele, looked at Zeke with blank eyes; her own way of telling Zeke how stupid he is.
“Okay stupid idea.” He mumbled as he got up. “I’ll ask Nick to cook. Sounds good?”
Adele meowed; she liked Nick’s cooking. If she’s to eat something other than her canned salmon, it might as well be Nick’s cooking.
With Adele’s approval, Zeke reached for the phone when someone knocked on the door. And just like a snap, a wave of panicking thoughts devoured Zeke’s semi-functioning brain. ‘Saint Pembroke Welsh Corgi, that can’t be Emily! Nick’s not even here yet! It’s too early! She wouldn’t knock anyway! I’m too young to die!’
The door opened and Zeke prepared himself for a good scolding. Heck – he prepared himself for the apocalypse ever since Em’s first period.
“Zeke, get me a towel, hurry!”
Feeling denied of everything he expected, Zeke slowly turned. It was Nick and he’s carrying – what looks like, a little girl, drenched in the rain.
“What? Who’s that?”
“I’ll explain later, we have to dry her first!”
Nick didn’t waste time. He put the girl on the sofa and ran into the laundry room. Zeke, on the other hand, couldn’t move; the dizzy-headache combo was back and the blurred sight of Nick’s running around made it worse. Soon he blacked out and when he finally came to, he was lying in his room with the little girl, beside his bed, in a fighting stance.
“Who are you, peasant?” The little girl stammered, hiding her fear.
Zeke thought he was dreaming, “I’m a magical genie.” he sarcastically replied.
The little girl didn’t look convinced, but she relaxed her shoulders and placed her hands on her hips – trying to look intimidating. “Very well, genie, where am I?”
Zeke couldn’t help but chuckle, this little thing was actually speaking in a deliriously formal way.
“I am waiting, genie.”
Zeke rolled his eyes and rummaged his head. There must be something from his 2nd year Lit class that he could use.
“Thou art in my humble abode, fair maiden.” He said as he kneeled in front of her. “May I ask what I may call thee?”
Without a second thought, the girl looked at him with regard. “I am Countess Samantha Wellington, and you?”
Hearing her, Zeke tried to suppress his laughter, but failed and collapsed on the bed, restraining his chuckles. The girl slowly backed out. “Genie. Are you all right?” “Am I all right? I’m all right, all right!” Zeke rolled on his stomach to face her and grinned. “I’m Zeke Fitzgibbon and I’m no genie.”
Samantha’s face wrinkled, “Then what are you? Perhaps you’re a Fitzgibbon knight?”
The knight comment stunned Zeke, as if someone blew his cover. He tried to get up again, testing if the headache was still there.
“Wow. I won’t be playing RPG games for a while.” He nervously chuckled. “Sorry kid, I’m not a knight either.”
Slowly, Samantha lowered her head in disappointment, then snapped. “So why did you kidnap me? At least answer that.”
“Kidnap,” Zeke repeated. “Nick just found you on my porch, kid.”
The room fell silent as Zeke waited. Then Samantha opened her mouth; she was about to ask again when the phone in Zeke’s room rang.
“Hold that thought, hello?”
“I hope you cooked for once because Kris is coming over for dinner.” It was Emily. “We’ll be there in 30 minutes.”
That's it for now. Please let me know what you think or I won't write the next chapters XD
