Franklin Mint is the Son of mega rich parents Kendal and Gurt. Expensive taste and appreciation of Art are in his blood, so work hard to achieve his extravagant aspirations!

Franklin Mint has been bought up with a silver spoon in his mouth. His father, Kendal Mint is a successful Politician, holding the position of Mayor in their new home town. His mother is Gurt Mint, an Ecological Guru (who by the way, is expecting a baby).

Having recently been appointed Mayor, Kendal has just bought the family a new home, known locally as Palm Palace. This huge, four bedroom home has recently been refurbished ready for sale, so although there is no building work required on this Lot, you will want to decorate and furnish it to your (and the Mint family's) taste.

Some works of art were included in the sale and these statues can be seen placed around the Lot, but this family has expensive taste and there will no doubt be a need to acquire many more high value items of art along the way. No great problem as the family are pretty well off already.

The downside to moving areas is that the family no longer have any local friends, so you will need to build up a family friend base to maintain high career levels.

To achieve Franklin's objectives in this Challenge he will need to start working early for two reasons. Firstly, in order to achieve the "Quigley Visual Arts" scholarship he will need to be Level 8 or higher Creativity Skill before going to College. Secondly, to be able to achieve his biggest ambition of earning §100,000, Franklin will need to start earning as soon as possible in life.
