Are you asking about the houses folder? It should be in your Program Files/User Data/Houses folder, then you just unzip the House.IFF file into there and when it says: replace house file? You just say yes, each user data folder should have a houses sub folder directory with house.iff files in it.The object files should be in program files/userdata/userobjects folder, and the walls and floor folders should also be available there.

Whoops, sorry Wheeler, I should have said the program files/gamedata/userobjects folder for the object .IFF files in the zip archive (which are fridges/stoves/toilets/TV's/counters) in the game. the walls and floor files are also in the program files/gamedata area, sorry my bad...just got mixed up.
