First of all this is not just a recolored version of Maxis content. These are original items and there is a nice selection of sizes to choose from AND they all work together very, very nicely. The beech finish is also a nice touch as it gives an option for a brighter decor without going for the everpresent white. All the items appeared in the correct build menus and the prices were right in-line with the in-game content so they don't unbalance game play as well.
