Description
Inspired by the elegant Cecile dress by Erdem which Kate wore for her arrival in Canada on 30 June 2011. The navy blue dress features lace overlay throughout, with 3/4 length lace sleeves and a knee length slit skirt. Worn with taupe high heeled L.K. Bennett pumps. For adult/YA. Mesh by ulkrhsn.

I am sorry to hear that the dress did not look like it does in the preview pictures in your game. Please make sure that you have your in-game settings set to the highest quality in order for clothing to show up properly in the game. My preview pictures are always created using screenshots taken in my game with minimal post-processing, so that is how the outfits should look in your game. If they don't, please check your settings!
