Description
This is my 3rd attempt at skinning, and my first attempt at a total remake of a whole outfit, so be nice! lol. I haven't seen any attempts at uniforms from Harry Potter, so I became inspired to try to make Hermione Granger's uniform. I'm sure there will be much better tries than mine, but hey, I'm still learning.
