This is the tracksuit worn by beauxbatons student Fleur Delacour during the Third Task in the most recent Harry Potter movie, 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire'.
Complete with Beauxbatons crest on back of uniform, and small emblem on right hand side on front.
