Finally you can grab a bite at the community diner without leaving your apartment lot! With plenty of community spaces so you can hang out with the neighbours, this 2x3 lot includes 4 apartments, 3 are already fully furnished, except for 1, so you have fun decorating. Don't forget to check out the mysterious room in one of the apartments! *No Hacks, Maxis Content Only*

Additional Notes:

To play fully furnished apartments, read installation instructions!.

Installation Instructions:

The default configuration prevents your sims from renting fully furnished apartments, so when your sims arrive, they will find them unfurnished, except for kitchens and bathrooms.

To override this issue, you need to enter the cheat "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true", shift-click on an apartment door and click "rent furnished apartment".

Only then the apartment will show all the rest of the furniture. Don't forget to turn the cheat off once you're done: "boolprop testingcheatsenabled false". Have fun!
