Description
Cole Lofts has eight apartment units on four floors (two per floor). there is parking space available for two cars in front of the building. Four of the units have two bedrooms and one bath and the other four have one bedroom and one bath. Enjoy :D

The parking space can be used. I forgot to put that in order to put a
car there you would have to go into build/buy mode (while no sims are
living on the lot) and change the lot zoning to residential using the
cheat "changeLotZoning residential" and place cars on the parking spots.
Then use the same cheat only replace "residential" with "apartmentbase"
to change the lot's zoning back to apartment. Then save and exit the
lot. Once you have moved in your sims, the cars will be usable by sims
living on the lot. I currently have sims living on this lot in my game
and have made sure the cars are usable. Sorry about any confusion about
the parking spots.
