(b) Download the ZIP version (green arrow) and unzip all contents. Move the '.package' files into your Downloads folder, and then install the lot file (sims2pack file) as usual.

Oh WOW!!! This house is stunning!! I absolutely love how you did the alpine windows, they look wonderful!!I am going to have soooo much fun decorating this home, and I have the perfect family for it, thank you ever so much for building it and sharing it with us, youe such an amazing artist!!!!!
This is a wonderful lot. I love this house,it has such nice large rooms and I love the spiral stairs inside too. This looks like it will make a great mountain vacation home or for everyday living too. I also love the mountain background in the pic, it really makes the house look timeless.
I also am having trouble with this house not showing up in the Lots and Houses Bin. It downloaded fine with no problems. Any suggestions? I really like the lot and think you did a beautiful job on it. I would love it in my mountain neighborhood.
