Imagine: A modest, 4-bedroom house converted to a dorm! Well, it's happened here! Be prepared, however, for your Sim student to pay the steep tuition! ;D Those wallpaper murals of the beautiful blonde are from my Mandy Murals, courtesy of Dean Yeagle, which are available here at TSR. My thanks also for the other user-made contents from Fairywitch (overhead kitchen cabinets), Dr. Pixel (computer chairs), echo/windkeeper (rugs), and windkeeper (short bookcases). One final, candid note: You probably might have to reposition one object or two in the event a Sim tries to use one, but can't. I used the 45 degree cheat to take advantage of some of the angles I made of the house. Sorry for the inconvience! Enjoy!

I apologize for this. You can use the "moveobjects on" and "boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation" cheat to straighten them out so your Sim can use them.
