Description
New Rochester Dorm for Sims 2: University. Ideal for universities that incorporate a modern sence of architecture. Decorated and furnished throughout, access to dorms via communal stairs. 4 rooms per floor. Each with own double bed, en suite bathroom and kitchen in each self-contained flat.

Creator Notes
May not require all expansions listed. IKEA recommended for furniture. H&M recommended.

I love the modern look of your dorm.  The big picture windows in the front really add to the effect.  I also like the layout.
