Installation Instructions:
TO INSTALL THE FENCE-MATCHING MODULAR STAIRS...
(1) Place the stair files in your 'Downloads' folder as usual.
(2) Find where you originally installed The Sims 2 game (not the expansion packs) and look for the folder TSDataResCatalogScripts. It is usually in THIS location:
(3) Take a BACKUP COPY of the 'modularstairs.txt' file and keep it somewhere safe in case you make any mistakes.
(4) Now open the file 'modularStairs.txt' and find an empty space at the bottom of the page. DO NOT change or erase any text already on this page!
(5) Copy and paste the block of text below into an EMPTY SPACE at the bottom of the file. If you are only installing some of the stairs, only copy and paste in the entries corresponding to the stairs you're actually installing:

WOW...you must have ESPN! Just the other day while making a house I was thinking stairs would be nice to match your other brilliant stuff! Spooky...lol...you rock. Thanks a bunch, toodles DC
I just adore this whole set, and use it alot!!!!! My only problem is that I cannot get the stairs into my game, I could when I had windows XP, but now that I have Vista, it won't work for me, and I'm going nuts! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!
