Update 3-02-12: I have been told by imdvine that my body hair has become unusable after game update 1.50 is installed on the game. I have fixed this issue. The body hair is now compatible with the new patch. Thank you very much imdvine for the heads up and for contacting me quickly to let me know about the problem. Cheers to you! :D
Located in the body hair 'Feet' menu and is recolorable.
Required: Generations Expansion Pack or the *patch available here: http://www.simprograms.com/the-sims/the-sims-3/the-sims-3-patches/patches-the-sims-3/ It is The Sims 3 – Patch 1.22.9. (Important: Please read Creator Notes).
I made this version of body hair for the leg because I like hair on a man's leg but I would rather see it on their legs and calves only. I believe that there are other simmers who share my sentiments so when I made the whole leg version I sent this one up too just in case. :)

* After researching information about the patch that gives people the option to have body hair in Create-A-Sim without having to buy the 'Generations' expansion pack I found that the patch has been removed from 'The Sims 3' website. I do not know why Electronic Arts (EA) removed the patch only that it appeared to be some sort of bug in the patch that was problematic. However, before EA had the chance to remove the patch someone who had gotten it uploaded it to a third party site. Here is the link to the web page that provides the link to get the patch. As indicated at 'SimPrograms' please note that should you install this patch in your game despite the fact that it was removed from 'The Sims 3' official site you would be using it at your own risk.

I think this body hair is more like what you were looking for than the whole leg one but EA had it set up in the game that the whole leg was the calves. I ended up putting this creation under the feet menu to make the distinction between the two leg files I made. Enjoy them, murfeel. Request complete.

The base game hair just looks a little weird, I was so excited for the body hair thing, and was really disappointed by how it looked when it came out. This is much better, so agian, thank you!
