This is something I rarely do and that is create anything modern for the game, but on a rare occasion I am inspired If you look at the picture that is included of the "neighborhood" you will notice that I have circled in red where you should place this lot and this is in the original neighborhood. The reason you will want to place this lot in that particular spot is because of the unique layout of the lot and the fact that I don't think this lot will fit most other lots in game. This lot was originally a community lot with no road access. You will need to change this lot to residential and demolish the lot in order to place the house. There is still no road access, but Sims are still able to go to work etc, they just have to run up the hill. I have not tried this lot with a car on it so I do not know if you will be able to use a car on this lot. I chose this lot for it's seclusion and beauty. I did not change the terrain/elevation on this lot so it would place easily and because that is the main reason I chose the lot in first place. The house is fully furnished with the exception of the two bedrooms on the second floor, as your family grows you can decorate them as you please. As always, I hope you and your Sims enjoy!
