[For my own convenience [and to prevent lapses] I will use the Australian floor level system in this description. i.e. Ground, first, second, etc.]


Dragonfly, at 6 Subalpine Circle, resides in the lee of the rocky point, just beyond Hidden Harbour in Appaloosa Springs; a prime piece of water frontage with good access to the Beryl Lane Picnic Spot and the Hidden Gardens in Willow Lane . . that is, if it's own environs are not sufficient distraction.

Dragonfly is large by modern standards, standing 5 storeys tall and containing 18 use-specific rooms. Of these, 5 are bedrooms and 5 are baths. Two of the bedrooms are doubles and, along with a shared bathroom, occupy a full floor level. A single bedroom with a blue decor and two with more feminine schemes make up the 5.

There are two indoor, heated pools - the one at ground level has exercise equipment and an adjacent sunroom/bar. The integrated kitchen, diningroom and living room is well appointed with the usual amenities, plus an 'interactive' wall mural which almost seems to bring the outside, inside - and is on the second floor . . the same level as the second pool.

The other room count includes [in no special order] . . bathroom/laundry, reception foyer, home office, design centre, storeroom, music and dance studio, interactive games area plus galleries and hallways as appropriate.

The grounds are paved and fully landscaped [this may/will cause slow loading on lower end machines, but is normal as the game seems to visit every plant to make sure it's really there. Once that's settled, loading is fairly quick. If it bothers you, simply remove the plants :-] ). There are a number of inground and aboveground fountains, all with added water sprays. Seating is provided. The property is fully fenced with security gating in front of the garage. A further, offstreet parking space is provided for guests/deliveries and entry for this purpose is via a normal gate beyond the parking area.

Floor plan:

Ground floor: 2 car garage. Entry and foyer. Pool with workout gear. Sunroom with bar. Bathroom/laundry. External access to bin.
First floor: 2 'pretty' single bedrooms, bathroom, games area.
Second floor: Lift gallery with seating, kitchen/living/dining, pool and rest area, bathroom
Third floor: 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, gallery, balcony with seating and easel.
Fourth floor: Single bedroom [blue], bathroom, home office, design studio, store-room, music/dance studio, gallery, balcony with chess table, seating and telescope.

Dragonfly is a marcorse original work. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] or claim it as your own work . I have all EPs/SPs [except Barnacle Bay] installed on my base-game; my game is patched to 12.0.273.016017/base game 1.34.27.

This game information has no bearing on the installation and play of Dragonfly. However, if there are objects that are specific to an expansion or stuff pack, and you don't have the EP/SP in your game, those objects will be replaced with a game default. The lot itself will not be affected..
