Welcome to Ivy Manor. This home was a single bedroom home that i have totally remodled. it is a redo from Sims 2, a creation i made a few years ago. This home has 4 BR , 4 BA, large DR, and have split the LR into 5 individual rooms game room, gym, bar and dance, music, and tv room. Upstairs has a nursery, Library, master BR with BA attached, and a BR for additional sim of any age. The basement is an apartment or quarters for a butler equiped with kitchen LR, BA, BR,and laundry room.
