This beachfront cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen, and two-car garage. My base game is patched through 1.67.2.024001. I have the World Adventures and Ambitions expansion packs and the Twinbrook, Monte Vista and Riverview worlds installed. This lot may contain items from these expansion packs; however, if you do not have the EPs, comparable base game items will be substituted. I have used the Peasant�s Potted Plants from Monte Vista. If you do not have this world installed, the potted plants shown in the screenshots will simply be omitted. No EA store items were used. (Note: Sims are not included.)

This lot was originally built on a 40x40 lot at 455 Sunnyside Blvd. in Sunset Valley. It will work on any 40x40 lot but will not have the same �beachfront� effect.

File size = 48.643 MB (Note: If you would like an unfurnished version of this house, please let me know.)
