Old warehouse remodeled into a modern style home. Loft 1 bedroom with stairs to the roof, 2 baths. Fulls kitchen sucken dinning room with fireplace. Pool and pond fill the backyard, with lots of room for a gardenand and much more. This house would be great for 1 or 2 party sims...the roof has been converted to a roof raising party zone with full bar area including bbq and dishwasher, eating/sitting area. 2 car parking lot wiith room for bikes. Original brick fills this house with mirrored walls, darkoakish wood with black highlights. I think I like tihs one!

This is simply wonderful! I adore this house!! I like the idea of it originally being a warehouse! The concept of mirror walls making reflections of the area particularly impresses me!! BTW, you got really nice screen shots that is very informative and explains well!!

Okay, I just HAD to come back!! I downloaded your lot and it is.......just incredible!!! You show SUCH creativity with this lot!! I love the angles and the shape. The sunken in dining area is just great. The bar area in the kitchen is neat; using screens as "curtains is neat; like...the whole dang lot is just SO NEAT!!! This is by far one of the best lots I've seen yet. I would like...bake you cookies or something just to say Good Job! No joke! :-D

I loved the fact that you used the angles as much as possible. I tried this out with a sim last night, and had a bit of a glitch going on with getting her down to the 2nd floor from the roof. She would come down the stairs and go right back up them. I'm not sure if the positioning of the stairs caused it or if this is a bug I am unaware of. I had to move the stairs and put them in a straight pattern, rather than an angled pattern. Other than that, this is a gorgeous lot, and very nicely laid out. Can't wait to see what you create next.  Definitely a FAN!!!

wow i'm very happy so many people are enjoying this house. (...and my other houses) As for the stairs, I'm glad to here you were able to fix them.  When play testing my this house I never ran into this problem... I however did find the Masterbed room bathroom the shower didn't work this was AFTER I had uploaded the house.  :|  Quick fix delete shower put light, change tub to shower/bath tub.  Thanks everyone! makes this worth while for me.
