All the tiles that existed in-game were too fancy, or the grouting was too thick. I wanted something versatile, clean, and simple. So I made these tiles and thought I'd share them with you. It's a hand drawn custom pattern for Sims 3 and appears under Tiles & Mosaics in the Create-A-Style dialogue. Download and enjoy.
