This University Village has plenty of room for dorms and across the river there is plenty of room for those sims who prefer to live closer to town, where they can shop and unwind at the local bar. You can use this hood with or without a camera hack.

Here is my new decorated neighborhood, i have named it Stonebridge, as it has a lot of stone bridges. If you prefer a more european name you could rename it Steinbrucke, which means Stonebridge in German. You can use this hood with or without a camera hack. The zip file contains SC4 terrains and the decorated hood.

This is my first attempt at creating a neighbourhood with SimCity 4. I have a few things to learn about SC4's God Mode still and comments/suggestions are appreciated. :) It is available in all four terrains. This is also my first TSR creation upload.
