This is a ‘hood I’ve made to use as a downtown setting. It’s called Santa Monica, since that is the name of my ‘hood, but has no further resemblance, well, it’s a coastal, but that would be it ;). Nice city grid. Less useable as normal ‘hood. (Previews included)

Hill Island. Center of the City is on the large hill. A seaside residential area is on the lower area of the island, where is plenty of space for 5x5 lots. There are no trees, so you can decorate it your self. This is my first attempt to create working neighbourhood for Sims2. Hope you all like it.
