This is the hotel all the stars visit when coming to SIMVILLE. This hotel has 2 suites and 2 bungalo's. If you choose to stay in a bungalo you can have the luxury of a pool right outside your door. If you choose the luxurious suites you can enjoy a great view of the area on your new balcony.There is a parking lot for all the rich sims to park their cars. There is also a mini pool when you walk in so you can relax until the next room is vacant.

It's a lovely home surrounded by a giant pool. There are plenty of ladders and diving boards. There is a pathway at the front of the house to cross over the water. Simple Design is a lovely home for a small Sim family. There are 2 bedrooms (1 adult/1 child), 1 full bath, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a garage. The exterior has a nicely manicured lawn surrounded by trees and shrubbery. There is a small backyard patio for your Sims to relax after long days. This is the first house i have tried creating and let me tell you it's awesome! It has a master bedroom whic has a door out to the patio and a staircase which leads to the pool. The pool is very nice and very big and has a patio that comes over top of it. this is a very nice house for anyone to buy you will love it.

This House includes one and a half original bathrooms and 3 above the garage It has 1 bedroom up stairs the room with the stairs is the small family room the closed door leads to the batroom while the open door leads to the parlor the door besides the bathroom in the parlor is the eat-in-kitchen and the small room off that is the half bathroom Also I made this for you who don't have either expanion pack ;-) well Have Fun!

This is basically a mansion. But all mansions have their secret. This one holds a sad millionaire, who is desperate for friends. So an added extension to his house was made. A small room in the basement. Now what I'd do, when feeling a little saddistic, I'd have him call a friend down there, make him run out, and delete the door.
