Based on the Matt O'Neill dolls and fashions by the Robert Tonner Doll Company. Matt loves the luxurious ease of wearing a finely tailored jacket over a turtleneck sweater. It's the addition of cargo pants that makes this ensemble unique. All 3 skintones. Head not included.

Brainiacish...Because this outfit has a turtle neck shirt, you will not see the flesh part of the neck. The area where the flesh of the neck would normally be is now the fabric of the shirt.
